We supply an extensive range of ready to use frozen and aseptic purees. Purees are made by straining fruit and vegetables with sieves. We also offer puree concentrates, which are made by partially evaporating water out of purees. Aseptically packed in 25kg bag in boxes, our purees are ready to use, reducing processing requirements.
